I love the smell of fresh cut hay.....I saw these in my riding this week and they were just rolled.....

Pink Wild Roses

This must be a good year around here for roses....I have saw lots of wild rose bushes on the road side but I think this is the biggest by far......the rose bush was really full a few days ago but I think I caught it on the end of the blooming...
because I didn't see any new buds....

I got this rose bush for mothers day.....I t has red and pink blooms.
I love roses.....

My weed for the day LOL

Found out this was called sour grass.....we use to chew this LOL.....It was bitter sweet I can still remember it.....
it blooms a little yellow flower, I guess I never realized that the leaves are heart shaped.....Amazing what you find through the lens of a camera.

A Storm is brewing

As I sat on the porch this evening I watched a storm brewing.....
So here's what I saw.

I thought that this would make a good picture there was a lot of it growing off the banks on the dirt road.

Cows

Cows grazing on a beautiful green hill side.....
Everything is so green you wouldn't think that we are in a drought...
Just praying that we keep getting rain....

Dirt Road

This dirt road seemed to go on forever....

Dirt roads are a rare find these days...

I'm a city girl LOL so I get kinda antsy on a long dirt road......or if it's muddy....
we enjoyed this ride Sunday....hubby use to ride this road on his motorcycle....
brought back lots of memories for him.......
